Jörg Schumacher – is both a French Chartered Accountant and a German Wirtschaftsprüfer/Steuerberater, and works with companies in both countries. Already a partner in the Paris-based firm Fi.Solutions, he now heads Fi.Solutions Audit, a department dedicated to German companies. His excellent knowledge of both countries, coupled with his mastery of languages (English, French, German, Italian), makes him the preferred contact for companies wishing to set up in France or transfer their business to Germany.
Patrick Privat de Garilhe – a highly experienced auditor who has built his career on a dual Franco-German axis in international audit and consulting firms in Germany and France. A specialist in consulting and auditing, he has been associated with Jörg Schumacher since 2009. He assists Franco-German and international companies in their development strategies. Trilingual in French, English and German, and a connoisseur of Franco-German culture in all its dimensions, he puts his versatility and technical expertise at the service of companies and managers. He is also President of the Franco-German Business Club of Provence.
Grégory Masy – manager of the firm 2GM Conseils located in the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne region, this young chartered accountant and statutory auditor has extensive experience in advising and assisting companies of all sizes. Particularly attentive to the relational dimensions of his profession and to the transmission of knowledge, he is very involved with the ANECS (National Association of Chartered Accountants and Trainee Auditors) and the CJEC (Club of Young Chartered Accountants and Auditors), of which he is the president for the Rhône-Alpes region. He is also a member of the examination board for the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion (DSCG) and of the AJEL, Association des Jeunes Entrepreneurs Lyonnais. He is in charge of the firm’s back office in Lyon.
